Stakeholder Groups SWOT Analysis
(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats)

From Tuesday, June 19th through Thursday, June 21st, the Genesis Team met with the four Sub-region Stakeholder Groups (Appalachian, Upper Savannah, Lower Savannah and Graniteville/Vaucluse/Warrenville) to present preliminary findings of the initial Assessments Phase of the project, including: 1) status and future of the textile industry; 2) potential industry clusters; 3) workforce; 4) infrastructure and industrial inventory; and 5) real estate market(s) throughout the 10-County Savannah River Basin Region

The Genesis Team also conducted the initial phase of a SWOT Analysis for each Sub-region, with the Stakeholders identifying the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of their respective area within the Region.   A (written) recorded summary of the comments and input from each of the four Stakeholder Groups is outlined for your information and review >>.
